Barbeque Nation to cast Dakshina magical spell

Hyderabad: Barbeque Nation, among the most celebrated casual dining experiences in the country, has been in the forefront of presenting themed food events and festivals showcasing the sumptuous varieties from all over the country at periodical intervals.

It now takes delight in announcing yet another such wonderful food experience in November to the delight of every gourmet.   

Barbeque Nation is presenting Aromas of Dakshina India’, which, as the name goes, will parade the culinary delicacies of Dakshina India at the Road No 1 restaurant of the ever-popular and hugely patronised Barbeque Nation.

The festival will get going on November 1 and will continue till November 12, 2017.

A welcome and delectable treat awaits the patrons and guests, who all can enjoy handpicked aromas of Dakshina cuisine, which includes non-vegetarian dishes made using a rich variety of spices. And, of course, they will be hot and pungent given the fresh-ground masalas that they will be blended with. A variety of sun-dried meats and salted vegetables, reflecting and catering to the dry environment of the southern region, will present a typical Dakshina flourish.

This festival is very special as it will have natural and eco-friendly décor elements to set up the theme of the festival.

The guests will be spoilt for choice when it comes to tantalizing their taste buds as they will bear the signature style of Cluster Chef Himank Bhardwaj.

Aromas Of Dakshina India welcomes the guest with an unlimited assortment of succulent starters like Kodi Roast, Mutton Tawa Seekh Kebab, Meen rawa varuwal, Karuvepillai Melagu Era etc for non vegetarians and Podi Idly, Karnakazengu podi tossed rawa, Vazhaipoo Vadai, to name just a few vegetarian varieties.

The main course will have mouth-watering Chettinadu recipes dished out in the form of Mutton Roghan Josh, Chettinad Chicken Curry, Nellore Chapla Pulusu, Chicken Dum Biryani, Veg Kotthu Parotha andUrulai.

It will also serve mind-blowing desserts like Kaapi Tiramisu and Elaneer Payasam.
