IDFC Banks launches its debut advertising campaign

Mumbai:IDFC Bank launched its debut advertising campaign, titled the ‘Bank of Now’ – signifying the element of ‘nowness’ and quick, simple convenience. IDFC Bank services a customer today in a way he/she desires and at a place of his/her choice. The objective of the campaign is to position IDFC Bank as a bank that delivers banking products and services efficiently and effectively in a manner that is most suited to today’s customer requirements. It features an Unbank approach replacing the traditional and clichéd ways of banking. It is reflected in its tech-driven integrated solutions such as 24×7 Banker-on-Call services, young and vibrant logo, digitized branches, differentiated welcome kits, humanised service channels etc. The message is: in a world that is moving fast, customers want banking to be simple, quick and efficient without banking clichés.

The campaign thought is #Banking Nibhao which basically means that we will focus on delivering banking first in the most efficient and effective manner. The campaign coincides with the completion of IDFC Bank’s first year of operations. The first phase of the campaign covers three weeks, which includes TV, outdoor and on ground activations. The next phase would look at other mediums to give the campaign a 360 approach of reaching out to customers.

The #Banking Nibhao campaign is expressed via three stories (Rishtedari chhodo, Banking Nibhao; Hawabaazi chhodo, Banking Nibhao & Khatirdari chhodo, Banking Nibhao). Each story describes a solution in the form of their product which helps solve a particular problem that consumers face while banking.
